How do I join the meeting?

The meeting will automatically begin at the scheduled time on your screen

Can I join the meeting from my back office PC?

No, you will not be able to join the meeting from your back office PC because the technology isn’t compatible.

Can I join the meeting from an iPad, tablet or mobile phone?

The meeting will be live streamed so your device will need to have a browser installed as a minimum.

We recommend joining the meeting via Google Chrome.

If your device cannot be upgraded to the minimum software requirement, you won’t be able to join or view the meeting and will need to wait for the recording to be made available.

What are the minimum software requirements on my iPad, tablet or mobile phone?

Do I need to download anything to watch the meeting?

No. The video will play automatically in your browser if you are connected to a proper broadband network. It will also work in all HTML5 enabled mobile browsers.

Can I share meeting link with members of my team? 

No, the meeting invite is for 7-Eleven franchisees and corporate store managers only. 

I can’t attend the meeting, will information be available afterwards?

Yes, a recording of the meeting will be made available a few days after the meeting.
